The Lemont Center for the Arts
The Lemont Center for the Arts was opened by the Lemont Art & Culture Commission, with the help of Trustee Ron Stapleton, in 2010. In addition to bringing art throughout the Village of Lemont for our neighbors and visitors to enjoy, we wanted a location to celebrate local artists and their work.

It is with great sadness that the Lemont Center for the Arts is closed after almost 12 years.
We are very proud of what we have provided and offered the community. During our time here, we received the State of Illinois Presidents' Choice, Arts Friendly Community Award as a model of how involvement with artists and arts organizations improves the quality of life of our residents.

We sincerely thank all those who have supported us, participated in events, and volunteered over the years. We couldn't have done it without you! We respect your efforts and contributions to the Lemont Art Community. It has been an honor working with you.
